A graduate in Psychology, Rumpa has experience working as Child Counsellor and Social Worker with NAZ Foundation. Rumpa did her Post-Graduate Diploma Programme in Journalism from the Times Centre for Media Studies, New Delhi in Subjects including writing for Media, reporting, editing, broadcast, mass communication, Internet journalism. She has done Interns with Business Times and Times Insight Group in copy editing and reporting. She is committed to build a professional career in the development sector with special interest in public health. She has recently joined us as Program coordinator at AVSAR. She can speak in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Nitin is an IIT Madras graduate with a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and is working in a prestigious Software company in Bangalore, India. Nitin has extensive experience in IT and web-engineering and is member of IVil (IITs for Villages), an initiative of students and faculty to bridge the gap between IIT and rural India. Nitin enjoys trekking and quizzing. He looks after the Technology changes in AVSAR and manages the website. He can speak English, Hindi.
