1.) “An undiscovered sense of reality” by Anubha Aggarwal, a third year student in the university of Columbia.

            Anubha Aggarwal, is a third year student in the University of Columbia, she volunteered with AVSAR and NASEO, in July 2006, read about his experience of working in Mumbai and bring about change in one of its slums.

       2.) Come and Volunteer your summers in Mumbai as well as Delhi

                   After making an impact in volunteerism in Mumbai, AVSAR  expands its wings to Delhi.

          MPH? MBA? IT? Several NGOs in Mumbai as well as Delhi are looking for MPH’s, MBAs and IT professionals to help with grant writing, marketing, fundraising, systems management and more. Contact AVSAR for more information

 

 3) Kid4Kids

Are you interested in helping out with the Kid4Kids program? You can help raise funds to send packages for the children served by our  partner NGOs. The U.S. dollar goes VERY FAR in India. So far, we have received donations for $5, $5,000 and even a grant for $15,000, but to reach our goals for 2006-2007 we need to raise $80,000. If AVSAR is able to accomplish its goal, more than 15,000 people will be affected by the innovative SERVICE provided by our hard-working volunteers.
